My career began as an implementation consultant in New Zealand, where I gained hands-on experience deploying Workday Adaptive Planning for a diverse range of clients. This foundation allows me to understand the system from the ground up and provide practical, effective solutions for our users.

Now as a Senior Support Consultant with the QMetrix team, I support customers through troubleshooting, implementing system enhancements, and delivering comprehensive user training. I am committed to delivering high-quality support that helps clients gain confidence in the platform for their daily operations while enhancing their overall user experience.

I hold a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Information Systems. Outside of professional life, I am a self-proclaimed crazy cat lady based in Malaysia. I spend most of my free time lovingly annoying my cats.
