At QMetrix, I work closely with our Workday Adaptive Planning clients to ensure customer success and satisfaction. This includes providing high-quality support, training, and education so finance teams have the right knowledge to drive their solution forward.

Previous to this, I was a consultant working on Workday Adaptive Planning and IBM Cognos Analytics solutions, working mainly with clients in the retail and manufacturing sectors.

My academic background includes a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Business Analytics and Supply Chain Management, alongside a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations. I am also certified in Financial, Management, and Reporting for Workday Adaptive Planning, a combination that allows me to translate technical data into clear, actionable insights for my clients.

Outside of the office, I like to stay active by playing netball, hitting the gym, or taking my dog for a walk.
