This includes the elements you need to undertake basic profit and loss budgeting and forecasting, scenario modelling, and monthly planning. However, it may not be suitable for every organisation. QMetrix will work with you to determine the best fit, and if a fully tailored solution would be more suitable.

What is the price of Plan to Thrive packages?

Can I see the templated driver-based planning models?

Yes, QMetrix can demonstrate the templated driver-based planning models available and you can assess applicability to your organisation.

How quickly can the project start?

There is a minimum 4-week lead time between commercial sign-off and project commencement. Indicative lead time and project kick-off can be discussed once timing for commercial sign-off has been established.

What time do I need to devote to the project?

On average, QMetrix requires 1 – 2 hours per day from a subject matter expert within your organisation for the duration of the project. QMetrix recommends 2 nominated personnel from your organisation to be involved in the project. The more time that can be invested by your organisation, the greater the opportunity for upskilling and enablement throughout the project.

What internal IT support do I need?

IT support is minimal and if applicable, will include assistance with Single Sign On and connectivity to the general ledger system.

How do I access additional support after project deployment?

QMetrix offers an optional Premium Care support package which has additional benefits including support and training.

How can I build more functionality after the deployment?

Workday Adaptive Planning is designed to be owned and managed by the internal finance team and QMetrix encourages customers to add further reports and models to the instance. QMetrix may also be engaged to assist if necessary.

I already have Workday Adaptive Planning. Can I still adopt the Plan to Thrive model?

The Plan to Thrive offering may be suitable but we would recommend discussing a Workday Adaptive Planning Health Check as part of the first step.
