Great Place To Work® is the global authority on workplace culture, employee experience, and the leadership behaviours proven to deliver market-leading revenue, employee retention and increased innovation.

“Great Place To Work Certification is a highly coveted achievement that requires consistent and intentional dedication to the overall employee experience,” says Sarah Lewis-Kulin, VP of Global Recognition at Great Place To Work. “By successfully earning this recognition, it is evident that QMetrix stands out as one of the top companies to work for, providing a great workplace environment for its employees.”

At QMetrix, we asked our team to anonymously rate our workplace culture on a range of measures pertaining to the work they do, the people they work with and the leadership of the organisation. 100% of our team rated the statement “Taking everything into account, I would say this is a Great Place to Work” favourably, and 97% of staff returned favourable ratings across all survey items.

100% of our participating staff agreed with 35 of the 60 survey items. Here some of our favourites:

  • When you join the company, you are made to feel welcome
  • You can count on people to cooperate
  • People care about each other here
  • People are encouraged to balance their work life and their personal life
  • This is a psychologically and emotionally healthy place to work
  • Management is honest and ethical in its business practices
  • Our executives fully embody the best characteristics of our company
David Huynh, Director at QMetrix

Taking on feedback from the previous surveys (see Great Place to Work 2023Great Place to Work 2024Great Place to Work 2025 results), we have implemented several initiatives in the past year.

This includes reviewing our Employee Benefits offering, adding to existing perks with a Purchased Leave Program and Origin Employee Benefits Packaging, and extending Paid Parental Leave to international staff. We have also established a Development Program, creating a dedicated space and peer group for leaders and emerging leaders to grow in skills and be accountable to development goals.
