When QMetrix staff were invited to give feedback in our annual employee survey, 94% of respondents gave a positive rating to the statement “Taking everything into account, I would say this is a great place to work”. All 60 statements in the survey also received an overall positive rating. For a quarter of the statements, all of the respondents gave a positive rating, which is an outstanding result. The Great Place to Work survey has also allowed our team to reflect and put forward some insightful suggestions for how we could improve. We may be a great place to work, but we aim to be even better!
