Iylia began her career as an implementation consultant in New Zealand, where she deployed Workday Adaptive Planning for various clients.
Since joining QMetrix, she has been based in Malaysia, where she supports customers by providing troubleshooting assistance, implementing system enhancements, and delivering user training.
Iylia is committed to delivering high-quality support, helping clients gain confidence in the platform for daily business operations while continuously enhancing their overall user experience.
Iylia is a self-proclaimed crazy cat lady who spends her free time lovingly annoying her cats.
