Louise Daglish
HR Manager
Louise has around 20 years’ experience in People and Culture, working across many industries including finance, retail, government, not-for-profit, consulting and most recently accounting and IT. She holds a Bachelor of Science in addition to post graduate qualifications in Human Resource Management. Louise has also attained accreditation for the Myers Briggs Type Indicator and the SHL testing suite among other psychometric tools.
A member of the Australian Human Resources Institute, Louise has a passion for people management, and enjoys the challenge of recruiting staff aligned to the organisations culture and values, developing strategies to improve team engagement and analysing data to improve practices.
Lou loves her family, her garden and her pets; she has 2 children, 2 dogs, 2 cats, a flock of hens and has recently taken up bee keeping.
