The Plan to Thrive offering has 3 different options to suit your organisation’s needs and budget.
Every package includes the essential building blocks that finance teams need, and include unlimited budget and forecast versions, configured reports, rolling forecast and scenario analysis capabilities, and training and go live support.

Base
The Base package is the simplest way to get started with Workday Adaptive Planning.
It includes the essentials you need to undertake basic profit and loss budgeting and forecasting, scenario modelling and monthly reporting.

Core
Our most popular package, Core adds to the fundamental building blocks delivered in Base, allowing you to get further with Workday Adaptive Planning.
It introduces driver-based planning for the profit and loss, balance sheet reporting and a financial dashboard to visually represent performance.

Plus
The Plus package expands on Core capabilities, driving further value and functionality in Workday Adaptive Planning.
It introduces cashflow through 3-way financial statements, automated integration to the GL system, drill to transactions and further driver-based planning.

After consulting with you on the right Plan To Thrive offering for your organisation, QMetrix can share an investment summary with you.
Yes, QMetrix can demonstrate the templated driver-based planning models available and you can assess applicability to your organisation.
Changes can be made but may be subject to additional costs. These can be quoted before proceeding.
There is a minimum 4-week lead time between commercial sign-off and project commencement. Indicative lead time and project kick-off can be discussed once timing for commercial sign-off has been established.
A detailed checklist will be provided. Key activities include allocation of nominated resources to the project and preparation of extracts for the chart of accounts and trial balance.
On average, QMetrix requires 1 – 2 hours per day from a subject matter expert within your organisation for the duration of the project. QMetrix recommends 2 nominated personnel from your organisation to be involved in the project. The more time that can be invested by your organisation, the greater the opportunity for upskilling and enablement throughout the project.
There will always be a lead consultant allocated to your project as the key contact. However, there may be other team members involved at various stages.
IT support is minimal and if applicable, will include assistance with Single Sign On and connectivity to the general ledger system.

Workday Adaptive Planning is designed to be owned and managed by the internal finance team and QMetrix encourages customers to add further reports and models to the instance. QMetrix may also be engaged to assist if necessary.
The Plan to Thrive offering may be suitable but we would recommend discussing a Health Check as part of the first step. During a Health Check, QMetrix will consult with you to re-examine your goals, conduct a thorough review of your Workday Adaptive Planning instance and recommend both quick wins and a long-term roadmap, so it can better fit your business needs and deliver optimal value.
