With over 20 years of experience in customer service and office management across the hospitality and finance sectors, I bring a strong background in operations, financial administration, and client support to the QMetrix team. In my current role, I support both the Accounts and Payroll Manager and Customer Experience Manager, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering a high standard of service for both our team and our clients.
I hold a Bachelor of Business in Catering and Hotel Management alongside a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management.
Outside of work, I am a busy mum of two, and my weekends are typically full of my children’s basketball games and footy matches. When I do manage to find some downtime, I love exploring local wineries or catching a movie to relax and recharge.
